Placenta Touching The Internal OS, Had Bleeding, On Shelcal HD And Feronia. Will I Have A Normal Delivery?
Hi, I am Mary, 28 years old. I am 15 weeks 4 days pregnant. According to my scan report the placenta is touching the internal OS from my 11the week . I had bleeding a week before and injected Pruloton Depot 500mg so the bleeding has stopped. I am fine now. I am consuming shelcal HD and Feronia tablet daily once. But the issue is placenta touching OS. May I know is it complicated? Will i have my normal delivery? What should I do? Please suggest.
Hi thanks for posting your query.
Placent covering internal oss is called as placenta previa.Pregnancy with Placenta previa is a very high risk pregnancy.Chances of normal delivery are very less as it can lead to sever bleeding during delivery.Caerean section is perferable way of delivery in placenta previa.
A word of advice. You should always remain under the supervision of a gynaecologist and you should avoid all sort of sternious work as even minor trauma can lead to sever bleeding.
Hope this answers your question.
