placental cysts found in my 20 weeks pregnancy period , my doctor suggested me to take TIFFA scan. Is placental cysts restricts the baby growth, what might be the cause for the placental cysts

The causes for placental cysts are varied. it may be due to amniocetesis,surgery ,or can occur sporodically due to some maternal or foetal factors.
Subchorionis cyst hampers foetal growth. so it's nesessary to get a colour doppler scan to know the exact situation..&decide the line of treatment
