Plague Removed From Right Side Neck Aorta, Spot On Left Side Of Chest/neck Area. What Is It ?

I would like to ask for my mather. She had like 6 weeks ago surgery to remove plague from right side neck aorta and just after coming home she notieced she had small at the beginning doll red spot on left side of the chest/V neck area and as time go this red area looking like sun tan/sun burn expending from middle of chest area to left going around neck to middle of back neck and just above breast as low line - it do not go high on neck. Her Primery Docktor has no clue.

Thank for choosing HCM, It is difficult to say any thing without clinical examination because it is little confusing, aortic surgery and then developed skin lesion, doctor has no clue it means it is not due to surgical procedure must be some viral kind of skin lesion, better have a dermatological opinion, have nice day.
