Hello, Thanks for your query. Metrogyl tab is a antibiotic given for pelvic infection. Multivitamin and metrogyl tab wont help you to become pregnant. You need a battery of tests for yourself and your husband like semen analysis and tubal patency test.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups. Wish you good health. Regards, Dr Arif http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-arif-n-khan/65133
