Playing Basketball, Testicle Injured. Tubes With Seem Thick And More In Numbers. Could The Epididymis Tear Or Detach?

I was playing basketball earlier today and suffered a testicle injury What I want to know is if it is possible I could have torn or detached my epididymis and if so how would i know? I'm not in any severe pain just a constant ache but when i feel my testicles the tubes within seem thicker and there seems to be more of them; also my left testicle seems to be sitting a little differently

Hi
For most people testicle wont be hanging in egual height. That is normal. If you feel bag of worms like feeling above testicle it can be a varicocele.By a small surgery that will be ok.If epididimitis with proper antibiotics and analgesics you will be ok.Better have a physical examination with a general surgeon.
hope this may help you
thanks
