Please help I'm desperate...Do I have a venous leak? I'm 27 ED started a year and a half ago with just sometimes not being able to sustain during sex, then a few months later not being able to sustain during oral, then a few months later not being able to sustain during copulation, then a few months ago (3 to be precise) I started taking cialis and it worked perfectly. But then after about three weeks or so I failed during oral...then failed again during oral, then a week ago I failed during sex. My morning erections are usually only 40-50 percent but sometimes maybe once every two month are about 75 percent, then I can stimulate them to 90% and have it stay that way for a few minutes while I fall back asleep, while masturbating I can get an erection but once manual stimulation stop it will subside in anywhere from 4-11 seconds, when I masturbate on cialis I usually can get and keep an erection
And I notice that the erection usually lasts about 17 seconds even after ejaculation... I have been to a specialist who wanted to do an injection induced erection and ultrasound but my penis did not respond to the injection...I'm going back in a month for the same test with stronger injection...does any of this constitute or rule out venous leak? Please help?
