Reveals aa normal, non gravid retroverted uterus measuring. 69mm x 58mm x 31mm in longitudinal, transverse and AP diameters respectively.
2. The uterine outline is regular with homogenous myometrial echo texture. No evidense of uterine fibriod.
3. The endometruim appears normal. No eveidense of Cyesis or gestation sac.
Fair collection of free fluid noted in the pouch of Douglas.
The adnexae are free bilaterally.
