Please Suggest About My Liver Function Test, What Steps I Have To Do At This Stage ?
Respected Sir,
Iam 31 yeears old. Iam pregnant of 8 months. Recently I have done my liver function test. My sgpt is 64 and sgot is 41 now. I wanted to know is it normal at this stage, If not pl suggest me what steps I have to do at this stage?

Hi well come to Hcm.
your sgpt is on higher side and sgot is near to normal upto 40 is considered to be
normal. But without knowing the cause of it its difficult to advise you any steps
for it. It could be due to some drugs or other injury of any muscle or any other
infection than liver. Your doctor will try to find out the cause of it.And at times it
comes to normal on its own if no major cause for it.Consult your doctor he will
guide you for further steps to be taken. Thanks
