Please Suggest Me What To Do And Remedy For Anxiety

I have following problems which are mainly related to my thinking all the time and mainly thinking negative for incedents which may or may not come in future. This has started during the year 2006 after loosing the job and when I was at home for about six months. This worrying habbits and thinking negative now keeps on coming. My worrying significantly disrupts my day to day activities. My worrying is uncontrollable. My worries are extremely upsetting and stressful. My worry about all sorts of things, and tend to expect the worst. Following Problems occur as and when my above problem persists :- - Acute back, neck and chest pain - Stomach problems, constipation and acidity - Vomiting feeling and Vertigo - Headache and body pains Please suggest me what to do and remedy

This is mainly an anxiety neurosis feature as you have mentioned it rightly. Also the other features which you have mentioned goes in line with psychological stress. So it is not necessary for you to worry regarding it. Get yourself to a Psychaitrist. You shall require certain medications. Apart from that you also need some physical and mental exercises to calm yourself down. Physical exercise could be as simple as walking and mental it should be a good meditation type which you can easily follow and adhere to,.
