Hello,
Your results are fine, however the HDL (the good cholesterol) needs to be increased a little bit and the LDL (the bad cholesterol) needs to be decreased. Both values are near normal. If you are a smoker, try to quit smoking. Have a daily walk for 30 minutes.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Cholesterol level is not the most important factor. You have to be more concerned about diabetes and high blood pressure. If you don't have either of them, forget about cholesterol, it is not significant.
It is always good to limit your fat intake and avoid over eating. Excess Calories taken in what ever form is stored in body in the form of fat, thereby increasing the work load on heart. It is always good to avoid such situation. It is a good habit to rise from the dining table feeling a little bit hungry. If you take care of these, then you can forget about cholesterol estimation or treating high cholesterol.
Wish you a healthy future.

Hi well come to HCM.
Your LDL is on higher side and HDL is on lower side.LDL is responsible for coronary
heart disease, and HDL is considered to be good cholesterol which is thought to
decrese the cholesterol. You need to take drug like Atorvastatin,or rozuvastatin to
reduce the LDL cholesterol. No drug abailable to increase HDL.Dietary restriction, healthylife style and exercise will provide help to some extent. Thanks
