Hi... Most of the fruits contain sugar in it... Of which the fruits that contain less carbohydrates are apple, Grapefruit, Lime, Peaches. You can try these. But not more than 4 to 5 servings... Avoid fruits like water mallon, mangoes, banana, Chikoos), jackfruit, grapes, Strawberry, Sugarcane... Fruit juices of any fruit has to avoided....
