Sarah, You can opt for a skin lightening cream in consultation with your Dermatologist or opt for skin peeling sessions under his guidence. Sun protection is a must in melasma.

hello,
open pores can be tightened using creams which tighten the pores. But the most important thing is to allow the secretions from the pores to drain without clogging so that it does not form pimples. Wash you face regularly. Use a oil free sunscreen lotion. For the melasma a skin lightenening lotion can be used. I would advise you to consult a dermatologist in this regard. open pores are due to postpitted scar of acne..,
black spots are due to..postpigmented acne....
In your age melasma is not common...,
I hope , it could be postpigmentation or sun effect...
Treatment side...
1) For open pores.....go for Dermabrasion...(should be done by Dermatologist)..
2) For black spots......Ban a tan cream....(curatio company)...,
3 ) Use sunscreen lotion ...Suncare lotion everyday morning...
