Pleural Tb, Klebsiella, Base Line Disorder For Alt, Ast Enzymes 70 U/l. Ethambutol, Levoflox, Sm 750 Advised. Advise?

Hi, I am 31 yrs male and a research scholar. I am suffering pleural TB with Kleibsiella infection. INH didn't work as it induced hepatitis so doctors advised Ethambutol, levoflox and Sm 750 per day(5 inj/week). after many trials of ATT and routine LFT doctors told that ALT,AST rise to 5 fold in treatment condition and also,I have base line disorder for ALT, AST enzymes as it shows ~70 U/L value for both in cases of no medication.

It is said that all the anti Tb drug causes increase in ALT/AST especially rif, inh

It is also said that continue the anti TB drug till 5 fold rise of ALT,or till the
symptoms of severe abdominal pain comes in.

You need to continue your anti Tb drugs as we can deal with drug induced hepatitis , but cant treat the after math of TB

Though your ALT remians at 70 normally (taken as normal as so many viruses , food can cause this , if all causes ruled out)
