Polio Affected. Leg Extremely Weak And Thin. What Can Do Done?

Hello Doctor , I am Victor , I have been effected with polio from my child hood, my right leg is week and its very thin compare to my left leg . my left leg is proper and don t have any problem so can you please tell my me anything about my right leg which is very thin and week and how i can make strengthen to my right leg which is very thin and week because of polio. please help if possible
