Polycystic Ovaries, Intercourse, Missed Periods, Mucus Discharge From Vagina. Pregnant?

i am 34 yrs old and weigh 65 kgs.i am having a polycyst and have missed my periods for 2 months so are there chances that i am pregnant coz i had intercourse in the month of march after being on a fertility treatment,but my gynaec whn checked said that the eggs are too small to fertilize.since march i am having a mucous type discharge in my vagina are they signs of pregnancy

hi,
polycystic disease can cause irregular periods, anovulation etc.
you didn't mention when your doctor done ultrasound and what was your last menstrual date.
mucus discharge can increase during pregnancy but only because of this we can't say anything regarding pregnancy.
if your previous cycles are regular, you can go for urine pregnancy test or repeat ultrasound.
if they confirm pregnancy it is good,
if not consult doctor and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding,
then take tablets for ovulation and plan intercourse during that period.
