Popped A Wart Blister By Accident, Oozing Discharge. Put A Bandage On It. Chances Of Infection?

Hello, Popped a wart blister by accident when I bumbed it on my other hand , I didnt have anywhere to wash it or anything to put on it for a while so it has been exposed oozing for a while. I have just put a bandade on it now, by reading all about it, no one tells me what happens if I have, is my hand fine or will anyting happen?

Dear madam,

There is nothing to worry ,you have put a bandage over that it will suffice. Also you can put betadine lotion over it .
