General Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Patient,
After reading, It looks to me that all this is because of overweight/obesity.If the person is not able to lose weight by self there are many surgical option available. Now a days weight loss surgery can be done through small keyholes in the tummy and part of stomach is removed.Patient lose around 70-80%of their excess body weight.Time to recovery is very fast.Overall post surgery the quality of life improvesdrastically. Prior to surgery, needs to seen physically and would require few test including endoscopy and also post surgery would require few vitamin and calcium supplements.
Hope this will help you
