Post Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) Placement Can I Perform Yoga?

I'm 58, 235lb, 5' 8" white male. I have been a very vigorous athlete, marathons, bicycle racing, rugby, competitive weight lifting, etc. I've been told to get a ICD implant. My question is what constraints would having an ICD place on yoga exercise? Thanks,

Thanks for your query.
As such, ICD implantation does not forbids yoga exercises, however, the basic condition for which ICD has been implanted is important consideration. Certain cardiac condition may forbid certain yoga exercise. It will be prudent to consult your physician before starting any exercise.
