Post Chalazion Surgery Does Lump With Discharge Heal On Its Own?

Hello, I had a chalazion removed almost 6 weeks ago. The eyelid is still read and bumpy, there is also a new lump on the eyelid. While sleeping there was some yellowish discharge in that eye for 4 weeks. The doctor did not give me any antibiotics. Is this situation going to resolve by itself. I have an appointment with the same opthalmologist in 3 weeks. Is he the best doctor for this kind of operation. Thank you.

Yes opthalmologist is the right person...
N took antibiotics like cefixime 200 for 5 days and
Combiflam for 5 days
Sometime chalazion is recurrent...no need to worry it will be alright..
