Pounding In The Head, Very Painful, No Help With Tyelonol, Aspirin And Motrin. Solution?

I have had a pounding in my head in one spot for 3 days now. On the left side, towards the back but also towards the top. I m pretty tough & can take a fair degree of pain, but this hurts so bad, I ve actually cried more than once. I ve also begun bargaining with God to make it stop, since asprin, tylenol & motrin are not helping. Can you? Thanks! :)

Dear
it seems you are suffering fibromyalgia vs tensive headache
As paracetamol hasn't been effective I would reccomend you to take ketoprofen or ibuprofen (NSAID)
