What are main causes behind early ejaculation during sex? Earlier, I could withstand for 40-50 minutes. But since past 1 month, I am getting ejaculation after 5-10 minutes. Please advise.

Hi.. The cause of premature ejaculation are mainy and themost important of these is psychological. Apart from these anxiety and stress, erectile dysfunction, biological factors like infection, a neurological problem, endocrine dysfunctions and many other factors can contribute to premature ejaculation...
