Is there any supplement/medication that can help me fairly quickly ? I have tried ginko billoba, but I felt weird like dizzy. I really need some help ,I am returning to work in 10 days and I really need a sharp mind to do my job. Thanks for helping me out! Nicee
Menopause and perimenopause (time period before menopause) can be associated with different symptoms. The range and time frame of symptoms experienced can vary from woman to woman.
The emotional and cognitive issues that you are described can occur in menopause.
Treatment of menopausal symptoms can be traditional or non traditional medications. Traditional medications would include hormone replacement therapies
Non traditional would include supplements such as black cohash.
These medications may not provide an immediate response
I hope this helps
