Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
Firstly, the result of your pregnancy test is positive.
Miscarriage which you had experienced previously, may be due to many cause. The most important cause is genetic disorder of the fetus and hormonal disorder of you.
During the first trimester of pregnancy, progesterone is the most important hormone for retaining the product of conception, provided, the fetus does not have any genetical disorder.
You should consult with your gynaecologist for prescribing a drug containing progesterone derivative.
Hope this information ssuffices.
regards.
