Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
Presence of a sub chorionic bood clot in early pregnancy has nothing to do with your current situation. Now you have a low lying placenta (placenta previa), posterior and covering the internal os.
This abnormal condition may subside by time (placental migration), or it may persist and in this case I would like to give you these instructions:
- if you experience any vaginal bleeding call your doctor right away. If the bleeding is severe seek emergency medical care.
- avoid straining for any reason... Lifting heavy objects, constipation, cough, sexual intercourse.
- deliver in a tertiary center with Intensive care, blood bank and neonatal intensive care facilities available.
- a senior obstetrician, anesthetic and neonatologist should be available.
Finally I hope these words were useful to you and I wish you good luck.
