Pregnancy Ultrasound Showing Anteverted And Enlarged Uterus, Subchronic Hemorrhage Seen.What Does It Mean?

my wife is pregnent and yesterday we did sonography
result showing ... Uterus is anteverted and enlarge and shows a single gesttaional sac within it. A single feta ; 1 pole is seen in the sac.
The CRL of the fetal pole meajsures 3.5 mms corresponding to the gestational age of 6 weeks ( which is 6 days smaller as compared to the LMP ) . Fetal cardiac activity is well visualised and fetal heart rate is 85 beats/min.
No Subchorionic haemorrhage is seen.
Internal os is closed.

USG as its own drawbacks.
As long as fetal heart activity is good, there is nothing to worry.
Heart rate of more than 120/min is more reassuring.
Since heart rate is 85/min, i recommend you to repeat scan after 1 week.
