Hello
welcome to health care magic
You are 34 wks pregnant now and your Hb is 10.8 g..
The abnormality present is your glucose challenge test i.e., 256 mg/dl..you should lower your blood sugar levels..otherwise you may face complications during labour..
you may follow diabetes diet,or you may need insulin..
After the delivery your sugar levels may return to normal..
Consult gynecologist for further suggestions and treatment.
hope you understand my answer
Thank you
