OBGYN 's  Response
Hi Ms. Sagar,
Please see that you are placed comfortably in the train and do not carry heavy luggage all by yourself; please take assistance. Please make some movement of the feet so as to avoid any edema developing. Try to lie down as much as possible. Eat easily digestible food and have sufficient water. Carry all the emergency medication needed; if possible try to eat hygienic food, preferably home made. Since your vital data is normal, you do not need any additional precautions. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you safe motherhood.
