Pregnant. Baby Breeched, Umbilical Cord Loose Around Neck. What Would Be The Safest Thing To Do?

I went to my gynecologist yesterday, I am 33 weeks pregnant and the baby is breeched and the umbilical cord is loose around her neck. She checked the blood flow and said all seems to be ok. However I have been seeing exercises one can do to turn the baby, but I am so scared to try anything because I heard the cord is loose around her neck and don’t want to do something that could harm her. Also if she does turn is there a chance the cord could do harm? What would your advice be about the situation?

Hi Thanks for your question on healthcare magic
Congrats on completing 33 weeks
My suggestion for you is not to do anything. Just be the same as you were before with walking, eating, sleeping, etc. Breech presentation is also one of the types of presentation in pregnancy and it is not abnormal and not a matter of concern.
With a loop of loose cord around the neck of the baby, normal dopplers is reassuring about wellness of the baby. So many times the loop is only present during the scan and it would have unlooped after sometime.
Please do not do any exercise that can turn your baby since it can be harmful for baby and also you
