Pregnant. Bleeding. Taking Injection Proleeton Depot Of No Help. Taking Xamic Capsules Is Safe?

hi I am 16 weeks pregnant. At 7 weeks of my pregnancy bleeding occurs. then it continues till now...but now frequency is low..doc prescribed me gestrenol and inj proleeton Depot once a week at 5oo mg...
i took regularly but still bleeding continues..today doc advised me to take Cap Xamic,500 mg, 3 times a day for 4 days...Is it safe to take this in my pregnancy?
