Pregnant. Cramps In Lower Left Abdomen, Nausea And Migraine. Signs Of Ligament Pain. Cause?

I'm almost 23 wks pregnant. I've had sharp cramping in my lower left abdomen since around 6 pm. Now I'm starting to get nauseated. I don't have a gallbladder, I've had regular bowel movements, and morning sickness subsided around 17 1/2 Weeks. Last night I also went very pale, weak, almost fainted, and felt a migraine coming on. Should I be concerned? my Dr has said I probably have ligament pain but with the other symptoms and the length of time I've been on pain I'm wondering.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild pain on one side of the abdomen that you are having is likely to be related to the stretching of the uterine ligaments. This usually subsides after taking adequate rest.
