Pregnant. Diagnosed Low Down Baby. Pain In Lower Abdomen, Frequent Urination, Vaginal Discharge. Concerning?

Im 28 weeks and 4 days pregnant, was told a week ago the baby is low down and small. For a couple of hours ive had sharp pains in my lower abdomen and keep feeling preassure down there. I have an increased urge to urinate and am very dry down there. I had bad braxton hicks a couple days ago and alot of vaginal discharge. What could this be and should i ring the out of hours doctors?

Hi, You are 28 weeks pregnant, The baby is low and small, had lower abdominal pain, frequency of urine.
If multi para and had normal or assisted delevery previously you can have this, it may lead to delevery, and there is chance of having viable child.
It is better to call the doctor to prevent contractions of uterus, I also advise you to sleep on back if possible with raised at footend of the bed.Avoid spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Thank you.
