Pregnant. Had A Miscarriage Earlier Due To Lack Of Heart Beat. Now Have Been Advised To Take Susten. What To Do?

i am pregnant now earlier i was abode my child because the baby has no heart beat four months ago and that time the child was of two and a half month now doctor suggest me to take susten 200 rather giving an injection is it right or not and moreover i forgot to take this medicine today is this a matter of worry. please tell me now
