Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You should not take any medicine with out consulting the doctor as that can end-up in complications.
So you once consult gynecologist and let your wife undergo ultrasound to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age.
And then with her advice your wife can go for medical termination of pregnancy.
As she is in early gestation surgical procedure may not be needed.
