Hello,
The symptoms you have suggest the likelihood of an intestinal infection. Any disturbance in the general condition can lead to uterine contractions in an irritable uterus. You should consult your gynecologist for management of the condition in view of the fact that you had to be hospitalized for uterine irritability earlier. Meanwhile try to take the anti-emetics prescribed by your doctor and lactobacillus tablets can be taken safely to arrest the diarrhea. Take bed rest and observe the fetal movements. Try to take some food which you can tolerate along with plenty of fluids. Wish you safe motherhood.
