Pregnant. Pain Under Breasts, High Resting Heart Rate. Should I Be Concerned?

I am 34 years old, 26.5 weeks pregnant with my 5th child. Blood pressure has been normal at all prenatal appointments so far. I am high risk, PIH w/ all 4 previous pregnancies. Also this baby has heterotaxy syndrome w/ malrotation & VSD. I am taking 50mg of Zoloft daily for anxiety. For the last couple of days I have had a stabbing pain in the right side of my chest under my breast. It s not heartburn or gas & I have no lumps in my breast. My resting heart rate is 102 bpm. Should I be concerned?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Pain on the right side of the chest under the breast not associated with any shortness of breath should be a cause of worry. You need to continue monitoring the blood pressure and take adequate rest and see if this improves.
