hello,
You are carrying 39wks pregnancy,presenting with lower abdominal pain plus LBP and dribbling.
In this time,it is quite common and you are near term to deliver your baby. It may be false labor pain.
You may take uterine relaxant like tab TIDILAN/DUVADILAN 10 mg BD to get relief from abdominal pain temporarily with muscle relaxant gel for LBP. Proper sleep with left lateral position and avoid sex.
Consult with your obstetrician to assess the pregnancy status with some examinations and take suggestive measures.
