Pregnant. Scan Showed Baby Close To Sac With Lack Of Fluid. Undergone Four Miscarriage Before. Suggestion?

hello i went for a scan and they told me im 8 weeks and 1 day pregnaunt i have had 4 miscarges and very worried as midwife said the worry they have is the baby is to close to the sack with lack off fluid witch is not a good sign would you be able to tell me more there was an heart beat and that was the only concern with the baby being tight in the sack

If the fluid around the baby is inadequate, ultimately it can lead to asphyxiation ( death ) of the baby, so it is a grave , ominous sign.
ALso, since you have had previous 4 miscarriages, you need to investigate yourself thoroughly.
Causes could be genetic causes, uterine abnormalities in shape and size, intra uterine infections, hormonal disturbances or autoimmune conditions.
Also, ideally the tissue of previous 4 abortions should have been sent for analysis.
Even in absence of a known cause, you should be taking maximum support for this pregnancy, including progesterone supplements and blood thinner injections.
