Pregnant. Spotting. Is It Implantation Bleeding? Should I Be Worried?

Hi, I am 5 weeks pregnant, I just found out several days ago and I noticed before we were positive I was pregnant there was a tiny pinhead sized spot of blood when I wiped, when I researched it said it was implantation bleeding , it has happened a handful of times, should I be worried? Is it something besides implantation bleeding?

Dear Demi,
Implantation bleeding generally occurs for a day or two. So if you seeing spotting repeatedly, you must consult a doctor. A sonography will tell you if your baby is alright. Spotting occurs in threatened abortion too, so it is important that you consult a doctor.

Hope for the best.
