Pregnant. Spotting Since 2 Days. Scan Done. Advice?

I am Fareetha. 7 weeks pregnant. Had slight spotting last night and today morning. Went for transvaginal ultrasound scan. Doctor said Gestational sac measured 17 mm corresponding to 6 weeks. No fetal pole seen. No yolk sac seen. GS surrounded by poor decidual reactions. OS closed. Cervix normal. Myometrial echoes normal. Cul de sac is free. No mass or probe tenderness.R.I.F
Uncertain of these terms. Help me please. Suggested to wait for a week and repeat scan.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Your scan is indicating that your pregnancy is going into blighted ovum, at 6weeks we should see fetal pole and also fetal cardiac actiivity. But, one more remote possibility is delayed conception, hence your doctor has advised you repeat scan after 1 week.
