Pregnant. Started Back Pain, Hurts While Coughing And Taking Deep Breath. What's Wrong?
I am 22 weeks pregnant, have no history of back pain . Today, I must ve pulled something... But he entire right side of my back is killing me. It hurts to cough or to take deep breaths. What is wrong? I am resting on my left side, have had my husband apply hot and cold compresses and tiger balm. No improvement! I am a teacher and must continue to work! Please advise.

Muscle aches and sprains are common in pregnancy.
I would think it will settle in a few hours with the measures you have taken.
If not, you may need to see a doctor for prescription of pain killers (not all are safe in pregnancy).
Do not worry. It is unlikely to be anything serious.
