Pregnant. Suffer Headache And Vomiting. Decided To Take Biogesic. Safe?

Hi.. I'm 7 weeks pregnant now and I'm suffering headache and vomiting since yesterday. I'm afraid to take medicines because I'm afraid it would harm my baby.. but this morning I decided to take Biogesic because I can't help it.. I just want to ask if its safe for my baby does it have side effects? Im really worried.. I will wait for your reply. Thanks so much.. -ISSA.

Thanks for writing in.

Biogesic I suppose is acetaminophen, a pain reliever. Though it is not known to cause any serious effect in most patients. It is always advisable to take it clearly when needed and after asking your doctor.
Since you have told that you are 7 weeks pregnant, there in not much proof that the medicine is totally safe. However after 12 weeks of pregnancy, the risk of any side effects on your baby is very little. You must talk to your doctor before taking any medication.
