Pregnant, TSH Level 3.6, Prescribed Thyonorm. Is It Safe To Use?

sir my wife age 24 .she is a pregnant(7 month) here TSH level 3.6 .endocrinologst had asked her to take thyonorm 25mcg .and gynecologist adviced not to take ant tablet we are in great confusion whether to start .plz kindly help me by giving a available suggestion.

1) If TSH level is 3.6 she does not need thyronorm.

2) 25 mcg is a small and does not harm. Let her continue.
