Hello and welcome to hcm,

Morning sickness is usually occurs with initial stages of pregnancy.
If you are not able to take food, please get glucose drips in alternative days.
Include tender coconut juices to keep yourself nourished.
In your work place, whenever you are free, frequent intake of fruits/milk may be helpful.
If you do not have any other difficulties, continue with your job.
Get dental check-up too.
Take care.

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Morning sickness in early pregnancy is quite common.
Take a bland, light diet and make sure you are taking enough of folic acid and b complex vitamins.
Take small frequent meals and drink plenty of fluids, fruits and juices.
If the condition is not controlled you can consult to your OBGYN.

If you have any dental problems you can get a checkup done.

Hope this helps out.

Regards.
