Pregnant. Ultrasound Done. What Are The Complications Suggested In Report?

sir, today i made an ultrasound of my wife she is pregnant in report following comments/remks are given

23 to 24 weks male fetus breach presentation seen.
Minimal fluid seen in plural cavity of fetus (minimal plural effusion)
Mininmal fluid seen in abdominla cavity of fetus ( minimal ascitis)

the same case have already been with her twice we lost our first baby dr said water is in his mind
after 1 year of said case she gave birth to my daughter she is 4 years old now after that again my wife pregnant and in reprorts same problem occured in male baby unfortunatly we have lost the baby in emergecny delivery suggested by the doctors and now my wife is pregnant she is 22 years old she is pregnant unnaturally some complications are seen in male baby in above mentions reports
please sir tell me what should i do how many chance of survival should i wait for completion the period or should i go through emergency delivery as twice i did and lost my child now what should i do please tell me

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for your problem, your baby is suffering from disease known as hydrops faetalis.
Your baby is having minimal fluid in pleural cavity and having minimal ascites it may be absorb simultaneously also or it may progress so she can continue her pregnancy in supervision of a gynaecologist.
