Pregnant. Ultrasound Done. What Are The Findings In The Report?

Dear sir/mam
Good afternoon....
My wife is now 15 weeks pregnant, the highlighted results of ultrasound are as follows:
1) Placental location : posterior, low lying, maturity grade 0 & amniotic fluid-adequate AFI 10.2cm
2) Fetal maturity: BPD 27mm, FL 16mm, AC 78mm. Fetal weight-98gms
3) Single loop of cord seen around the neck
4) 25.7mm x 26mm sized subserosal focal hypoechoic lesion seen in the body region of the anterior myometrium S/O subserosal fibroid.
Considering the above observation kindly suggest me about the seriousness and the cautions to be followed and give me your esteemed observations regarding above symptoms.

Hi,

You have not mentioned how many weeks pregnant you are and hence its difficult to interpret this report. Anyway this report looks fine and nothing to worry as of now.There is a small fibroid. Dont worry about it .
