Pregnant. Ultrasound Shows Unilocular Ovarian Cyst. Taken Duvadilan For Pain. What Can I Do?

I am 9weeks pregnant, my last transvaginal ultrasound they have seen a unilocular cyst in my right ovary measuring 1.6x1.2cm. But on the first ultrasound it only measures 0.9x1.1cm. Im worried because based on the ultrasound the cyst getting bigger. Today i feel pain now on my right ovary. I already take duvadilan 3x a day and rest, but the pain doesnt go. It even spread on my pelvic.what can i do? The cyst is too small. The date of the last ultrasound is May 10,2013.

The cyst you describe seems to be a corpus luteal cyst, which is very normal for pregnancy.
Please do not worry about it.
The pain could be due to other reasons like threatened miscarriage, or simply pressure from the growing uterus, pelvic infection, constipation etc.
consult your obstetrician.
