Pregnant. White Blisters On Cheek. Itchy, Painful. Have Cold, Sore Mouth & Lips. Applied Hydrocortisone. Suggestions?

I have a clump of white blistery zit looking bumps on my right bottom cheek. I've been reading that it could be herpes. I do get herpes/cold sores on my mouth/lips and it just so happens I had a breakout on Monday the same day that I'm noticing this clump of blisters. They are itching and very painful. Yesterday I could barely sit as my butt was throbbing. I'm also 21 wks PG so wondering if that could have anything to do w/it, ie stress? What kind of ointment can I put on them? I used hydrocortisone yesterday, stopped the pain, but they look redder today!
