Hello sir, congratulations for the good news. There is no harm in taking both the medicines. They help in better implantation and progression of pregnancy. Estradiol increases the blood flow to uterine endometrial lining and nutrition to growing embryo. Follow the dosage prescribed by your gynecologist and keep regular follow up. Take care and all the best.
