Hi,
You have low lying placenta ,having vaginal bleeding& retroplacental blood clot.
The pain during bowel movement/ urination may result from-
- constipation/infected hemorrhides
- urine infection
- pelvic inflammation.
You need a Gynecologist's consultation for physical examination, investigations & treatment accordingly.
- Please take bed rest ( unless advised otherwise) to avoid further bleeding.
Thanks.
