Hi,
Your symptoms are natural at this stage of pregnancy. The pain in your back is probably due to the coccyx, also known as coccydynia. The treatment for this at present is rest, local pain relief and if severe, oral pain killers. The pain in the ribs is due to the expanding uterus as the flanks begin to get full after 36 weeks and as the joints prepare themselves for delivery by getting loose. The excessive white discharge is part of the preparation and is quite normal. Relax and have regular checkups with your doctor and follow advice. Good luck.
